It would have been nice to have delegates that actualy teach in New Orleans. There are non! I should have asked on the convention floor why NEA spends it considerable amount of money in a city that is doing exactly WHAT WE ARE FIGHTING Against, CHARTER SCHOOLS. Why are we ever going to go back to a city that will take our tourist dollars for the convention and give it to private provider schools. Lets put out money where our mouth is and cross New Orleans off out list till they establish “A Great Public School for all students in New Orleans.”
